Hal Finkel 5cb8ab5b5a Canonicalization for @llvm.assume ...

Adds simple logical canonicalization of assumption intrinsics to instcombine,
currently:
 - invariant(a && b) -> invariant(a); invariant(b)
 - invariant(!(a || b)) -> invariant(!a); invariant(!b)
