Arnold Schwaighofer 67514e9066 Patch to implement UMLAL/SMLAL instructions for the ARM architecture

This patch corrects the definition of umlal/smlal instructions and adds support
for matching them to the ARM dag combiner.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
