Nate Begeman 6957523b9d Move the target constant divide optimization up into the dag combiner, so

that the nodes can be folded with other nodes, and we can not duplicate
code in every backend.  Alpha will probably want this too.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level 
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
