Benjamin Kramer 6b7603962a TRE: Just erase dead BBs and tweak the iteration loop not to increment the deleted BB iterator.

Leaving empty blocks around just opens up a can of bugs like PR22704. Deleting
them early also slightly simplifies code.

Thanks to Sanjay for the IR test case.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for LLVM,
a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
