Frits van Bommel 6cd71c6292 Fix warning in the CMake build about redefining LLVM_PATH_XDOT_PY by making sure both definitions are identical. This used to produce warnings like

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
