Dan Gohman 6d69ba8a69 Enable rematerialization of constants using AliasAnalysis::pointsToConstantMemory, ...

and knowledge of PseudoSourceValues. This unfortunately isn't sufficient to allow
constants to be rematerialized in PIC mode -- the extra indirection is a
complication.
