Chris Lattner 73858d1689 Rewrite CanShareConstantPoolEntry to be implemented in terms of the ...

mid-level constant folding APIs instead of doing its own analysis.
This makes it more general (e.g. can now share a <2 x i64> with a
<4 x i32>) and avoid duplicating a bunch of logic.
