Chris Lattner 73e142f2b6 Fix a bug in my legalizer reworking that caused the X86 backend to not get ...

a chance to custom legalize setcc, which broke a bunch of C++ Codes.
Testcase here: CodeGen/X86/2006-01-30-LongSetcc.ll
