Paul Robinson 759015d80f 'optnone' should not disable DAG combiner. 
Reverts the code change from r221168 and the relevant test.
It was a mistake to disable the combiner, and based on the ultimate
definition of 'optnone' we shouldn't have considered the test case
as failing in the first place.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for LLVM,
a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.
