Tom Stellard 791cdd5fe0 R600: Fix segfault in R600TextureIntrinsicReplacer

This pass was segfaulting when it ran into a non-intrinsic function
call.  Function calls are not supported, so now instead of segfaulting,
we will get an assertion failure with a nice error message.

I'm not sure how to test this using lit.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.
