Nate Begeman 79e46acd35 Handle expanding arguments to ISD::TRUNCATE. This happens on PowerPC when

you have something like i16 = truncate i64.  This fixes Regression/C/casts

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level 
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
