Summary: With this patch, NVPTXLowerKernelArgs converts a kernel pointer argument to a pointer in the global address space. This change, along with NVPTXFavorNonGenericAddrSpaces, allows the NVPTX backend to emit ld.global.* and st.global.* for accessing kernel pointer arguments.
