Owen Anderson 845e7e812c Use a reader-writer lock to guard large portions of the Type infrastructure, including abstract type refinement.

There's still some more work to be done here, such as guarding removeAbstractTypeUser() and the printers.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)
