Nadav Rotem 91a7e0184a Fix a dagcombine optimization. The optimization attempts to optimize a bitcast of fneg to integers

by xoring the high-bit. This fails if the source operand is a vector because we need to negate
each of the elements in the vector.

Fix rdar://12281066 PR13813.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
