NAKAMURA Takumi e18e76e424 [CMake] Generate ${BUILD_MODE}/llvm-lit for each ${CMAKE_CONFIGURATION_TYPES}.
llvm-lit can be invoked;

  $ Release/bin/llvm-lit

instead of;

  $ bin/llvm-lit --param buid_mode=Release
