Kevin Qin 9fe8c2b527 [AArch64 NEON] Fix a bug caused by undef lane when generating VEXT.

It was commited as r199628 but reverted in r199628 as causing
regression test failed. It's because of old vervsion of patch
I used to commit. Sorry for mistake.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.
