Chandler Carruth a3805f1c73 [x86] Teach lots of the new vector shuffle lowering to use UNPCK

instructions for blend operations at 128 bits. This was a serious hole
in our prior blend lowering.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
