Eli Friedman b3e7171926 Remove shift amount flavor. It isn't actually complete enough to 
be useful, and it's currently unused.  (Some issues: it isn't actually 
rich enough to capture the semantics on many architectures, and
semantics can vary depending on the type being shifted.)

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)
================================

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level 
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments. 

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.
