Tom Stellard 9a6e4f08fe R600/SI: Remove SIISelLowering::legalizeOperands() ...

Its functionality has been replaced by calling
SIInstrInfo::legalizeOperands() from
SIISelLowering::AdjstInstrPostInstrSelection() and running the
SIFoldOperands and SIShrinkInstructions passes.
