Daniel Jasper b835a4403a Revert r196358: "llvm-cov: Added support for function checksums."

This currently breaks clang/test/CodeGen/code-coverage.c. The root cause
is that the newly introduced access to Funcs[j] is out of bounds.

These inputs were pre-generated to allow for easier testing of llvm-cov.

test.gcno and test.gcda were create by running clang:
  clang++ -g -ftest-coverage -fprofile-arcs test.cpp

test.cpp.gcov was created by running gcov 4.2.1:
  gcov test.cpp
