Chris Lattner 9414ae5291 hoist some funky logic into CodeGenInstruction ...

from two places in CodeGenDAGPatterns.cpp, and
use it in DAGISelMatcherGen.cpp instead of using
an incorrect predicate that happened to get lucky
on our current targets.
