Preston Gurd c0f0a93936 For Intel Atom, use ILP scheduling always, instead of ILP for 64 bit
and Hybrid for 32 bit, since benchmarks show ILP scheduling is better
most of the time.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
