Chris Lattner c3a3e3682b rename AddUsesToWorkList -> AddOperandsToWorkList. The ...

former looks too much like AddUsersToWorkList and keeps
confusing me.

Remove AddSoonDeadInstToWorklist and change its two callers
to do the same thing in a simpler way.
