Matheus Almeida c3a5ef59e4 [mips] Add instruction alias (dsll and dsrl).

Summary:
The pattern dsll/dsrl $rd, $rt, $rs is found in handwritten assembly which
is just a shorthand version of dsllv/dsrlv $rd, $rt, $rs.
