Chris Lattner c69e491575 fix a logic bug where we wouldn't promote single store allocas if the ... stored value was a non-instruction value. Doh. Scalar	This is the patch to provide clean intrinsic function overloading support in LLVM. It cleans up the intrinsic definitions and generally smooths the process for more complicated intrinsic writing.
