Chandler Carruth c98bd9f1a7 Add entry points to instsimplify for simplifying calls. The entry points 
are nice and decomposed so that we can simplify synthesized calls as
easily as actually call instructions. The internal utility still has the
same behavior, it just now operates on a more generic interface so that
I can extend the set of call simplifications that instsimplify knows
about.

test AVX: Move the ZEXT/ANYEXT DAGCo optimizations to the lowering of these optimizations. The old test cases still cover all of these lowering/optimizations. Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)
================================

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.
