Daniel Dunbar d62031e719 Install bytecode libraries with a .bca suffix, otherwise it isn't

possible to build both a .a and a .bca.
 - My understanding is no one else is using this stuff, please let me
   know if I am wrong.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level 
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
