Eric Christopher d86e30a88e Remove the need to cache the subtarget in the ARM TargetRegisterInfo

classes. Replace the frame pointer initialization with a static function
that'll look it up via the subtarget on the MachineFunction.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for LLVM,
a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
