Dan Gohman db6fa29641 Convert ScalarEvolution to use CallbackVH for its internal map. This ...

makes ScalarEvolution::deleteValueFromRecords, and it's code that
subtly needed to be called before ReplaceAllUsesWith, unnecessary.

It also makes ValueDeletionListener unnecessary.
