Reid Spencer e00906fbc2 Answer the most frequently asked question, about GEPs. The answer is
sufficiently long that I placed it in a separate file but it links from
the FAQ page. More might need to be added to GetElementPtr.html to
address additional confusion surrounding GEP.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)
================================

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level 
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments. 

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.
