Jiangning Liu e04455d72b Optimize ZERO_EXTEND and SIGN_EXTEND in both SelectionDAG Builder and type

legalization stage. With those two optimizations, fewer signed/zero extension
instructions can be inserted, and then we can expose more opportunities to
Machine CSE pass in back-end.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.
