Adrian Prantl e753b17efe Change the datatype of DwarfExpression::Emit(Un)Signed to (u)int64_t

so it matches the one used by ByteStreamer::Emit(U|S)LEB128.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for LLVM,
a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
