Reid Spencer e753e3b329 Make Type have no base classes. Previously it inherited Value. Also ...

removed the TypeTyID and TypeTy members so that the notion of the
"Type Type" is no longer present in LLVM. Various other adjustments
resulting from these changes were also made.
