Adhemerval Zanella e95ed2b7af PowerPC: Lowering floor intrinsic for Altivec ...

This patch lowers the llvm.floor, llvm.ceil, llvm.trunc, and
llvm.nearbyint to Altivec instruction when using 4 single-precision
float vectors.
