Nate Begeman 35ef913ec2 Add bswap, rotl, and rotr nodes 
Add dag combiner code to recognize rotl, rotr
Add ppc code to match rotl

Targets should add rotl/rotr patterns if they have them

To-do
-----

* Keep the address of the constant pool in a register instead of forming its
  address all of the time.
* We can fold small constant offsets into the %hi/%lo references to constant
  pool addresses as well.
