Rafael Espindola ec62d53736 Add a opt-args option that can be used to pass arguments to every opt
invocation. Fixes PR7793:

bugpoint -debug test.ll --opt-args -unroll-count=4

\Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
