Dan Gohman f0cbcd4880 Split the SelectionDAG-building code, including the FunctionLoweringInfo ...

and SelectionDAGLowering classes, out of SelectionDAGISel.cpp and put
it in a separate file, SelectionDAGBuild.cpp.
