LLVM backend for 6502

Eric Christopher f4f43cb501 Fix setting and default setting of code model for jit. Do this
by allowing backends to override routines that will default
the JIT and Static code generation to an appropriate code model
for the architecture.

Should fix PR 5773.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
