- Fixed IntegersSubsetGeneric copy/assignment behaviour. 
- Fixed IntegersSubsetGeneric::getSize/getSingleValue methods.
- Fixed IntegersSubsetGeneric::verify method.

Also IntegersSubset.h and IntegersSubsetMapping.h headers was fixed.
