Reid Spencer f96eb57a4b Remove most references to LLVM_LIB_SEARCH_PATH. It now only exists in the

GettingStarted.html document in the environment section and only as an
optional feature.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
