Reid Spencer f99e59a92c Add some instructions about ranlib'ing the CFE runtime libraries so that

they link faster. This should eventually be codified into the CFE's
makefile.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
