many bugfixes in LS,CAT, FILEENUM....moved UsrBuf256 off $200 (now $C00)
getting corrupted by ProDOS/regular Clock Drivers (not KM.*)
CHTYP in progress mainly for : CHTYP /A2OSX.BOOT/A2OSX.SYSTEM SYS
(S-CMASM 2.0 is unable to generate .SYS files)
