A quick and dirty service registry daemon hack. The servreg-hack allows a program to register an 8-bit service ID that gets disseminated to the entire network, as long as a servreg-hack daemon is running on all neighbors. Other nodes can look up the service ID to figure out what nodes in the network offer this service. Cleanup of the Contiki network layer configuration. Now using CONTIKI_WITH_IPV6, CONTIKI_WITH_IPV4, and CONTIKI_WITH_RIME in makefiles, and UIP_CONF_IPV6, UIP_CONF_IPV4, UIP_CONF_RIME in c code.
