2c5e167b20 added method for checking if radio is on/off. the method is currently only used by contikradio:s. 
changed UDGM coloring:
dead/non-existing radios are black.
turned off radios are gray.

ff7c1d8f12 added uIP over uAODV radio driver support for COOJA 
the radio driver assumes uAODV already has a route to the destination, hence the application is responsible for fetching routes and buffering delayed packet data
