added '%ir' to write inline IR code, '%asm' is now only for real 6502 assembly.
(%ir is probably only used in the library modules for the virtual machine target)

Add support for built-ins to Vim syntax file
This commit adds support for highlighting built-in functions and
variables to the Vim syntax file.

Add syntax sync to Vim syntax file
This will make the highlighting slightly slower, but will fix issues
with assembly not being highlighted properly.
