=-> Freeze's F-8 ROM A PPG release <-=\par
=-------------------------------------=\par
\par
The Freeze's F-8 ROM is a modified F-8\par
rom that has several added features.\par
\par
-Old Monitor Reset\par
-Step and Trace modes\par
-Disassembly with ASCII\par
-Disassembly with Binary in #Mode\par
-Better sounding bell!\par
\par
These advanced features make Monitor\par
programming and Cracking much easier.\par
\par
There are two ways you can use this\par
program. Either load it into the RAM\par
Card using the FREEZE.INSTALL program.\par
The other way is to burn it onto a\par
2716 EPROM (Schematics later).\par
\par
The only thing that really need an\par
explanation is the disassembly. In the\par
disassembly, it displays the ASCII\par
value of the byte to the right. The\par
binary numbers on the far right are\par
displayed when an instruction on the\par
accumulator in immediate mode is\par
encountered.\par
\par
2716 Schematics\par

I would suggest that you do these\par
modifications to a socket rather than\par
directly to the chip...\par
\par
First, cut off pins 21 and 18.\par
Connect pins 12 and 18\par
Connect pins 21 and 24\par
