Moved to [/usr]/sbin: addgroup, adduser, delgroup, deluser, arping, chat, ether-wake, fdformat, ifplugd, ip, ipaddr, iplink, iproute, iprule, iptunnel, killall5, readahead, rtcwake, tftpd, add-shell, remove-shell, powertop.
