Manuel Novoa III 4fb0b51703 This corrects the _really_poor_ implementation of "broadcast +" handling ... by ifconfig that someone had submitted. It fixes 1 bug, gets rid of the excessive bloating of a structure that is used in a static const array, and removes the implicit struct copys by keeping only the int type needed.
