391e66d4b9 Get the mini booting with an intact Power Manager 
Because the Power Manager is intact, it is now able to call the CPU
plugin at secondary init time. This crashes the mini. For now, you
should remove `Extensions:Multiprocessing:Apple CPU Plugins` to boot.

d2aefec405 Add capability to set PMU prim-info property 
This property is missing from the Mac mini, and is required to
initialise the Power Manager.
