Andy McFadden c49888331a Minor tweaks
- Allow user to "unnecessarily" set an address override. This is
a handy thing to do when dealing with code that does a lot of
  relocations.

- Moved "save needed" text to the end of the title string.

- Updated F8-ROM syms.

- Added ProDOS 8 error code constants
